Arguments

naa

numbers-at-age array (dimensions [1, nages, nsexes, nregions])

dem_params

demographic parameters list susbet to a single year (dimensions [1, nages, nsexes, nregions, nfleets])

h

steepness of the stock-recruit relationship (value between 0.2 and 1).

R0

unfished recruitment (recruits per year)

S0

unfished spawning biomass

sigR

standard deviation of recruitment lognormal deviations (recruitment variability)

seed

random seed for reproducibility of stochastic recruitment, default: NULL
