The goal of gfdata is to provide a one stop shop for setting up a folder structure and querying the AKFIN and AFSC databases to retrieve data used in fishery stock assessments.
Installation
You can install the development version of gfdata from GitHub with:

Once you have the package installed (and appropriate credentials for AKFIN & you are on the VPN) then following the steps laid out on the webpage will query the data. gfdata
